West Bengal Bhabishyat Credit Card Scheme ( WBBCCS)is a scheme of West Bengal introduced by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Textiles(MSME & T). It aims to give support to any business by providing collateral free loan up to 5 Lakh at 4% interest annually.The scheme offers young entrepreneurs to develop their entrepreneurial skills to make themselves reliant. ELIGIBILITY * Residency:The applicant must be a resident of West Bengal for at least 10 years. * Citizenship : Must be a citizen of India. * Age Limit : Must be between 18 to 55 years of age. * Family Limit : One member of a family. * Income Limit : There is no income limit for applying this scheme. * Employment : Employees of Central and state government and workers in government undertaking are not eligible. * Loan Record : The applicant must not be a loan defaulter with any bank or financial institution. BENEFITS Eligible applicants will get up to 5,00,000 collateral-free Loan at 4% interest annually for a maximum of 5 years. AREA OF DISTRIBUTION Entire rural and urban areas of West Bengal. GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY The government will give 10% subsidy of the approved project cost, capped at a maximum of 25,000. APPLICATION PROCESS Step 1 - Go to the official website "https://bccs.wb.gov.in" Step 2 - Go to the 'Registration' section if you are a new user. Step 3 - Enter your full name and mobile number to get OTP. Step 4 - Type the OTP, agree to the declaration and click on Register to complete the registration process. Step 5 - Now come back to the home page.Go to the 'Login' section. Login with your user ID and password (which was created during registration) along with the captcha. Step 6 - Fill out the application form with all the necessary personal and project details. Step 7 - Upload all required documents. Step 8 - Check all the details carefully and submit the form.
