Approved but Payment Not Received?
The Annapurna Yojana is managed and administered by the Department of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare. It is a scheme of the West Bengal Government to give financial assistance to the eligible women by providing ₹3,000 per month through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
ELIGIBILITY
- Residency: The applicant must be a resident of West Bengal.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Gender : Must be a woman.
- Age Limit : Must be between 25 to 60 years.
- Income Limit : The applicant's monthly income must not exceed ₹10,000 and her annual family income must not exceed ₹12 lakh.
- Bank Account : Must have a single - holder, active Aadhaar - linked bank account.
- Tax : The applicant or any member of her family must not pay Income Tax
- Employment : The applicant must not be a permanent or retired government employee or receive a salary /pension from the Central Government or government - aided institution.
- Schooling : The applicant's child must study in a government school, government approved school, or government-recognised educational institution.
- Vaccination :The applicant's child must be vaccinated under government programs.
- Land Limit : Exceeding 50 decimals of land for municipal areas.There is no land limit for rural areas.
1. What is Yuva Shakti (Yuva Sathi)?
The Government of West Bengal presents this flagship initiative under the Bengali name "বাংলার যুব শক্তি" (Banglar Yuva Shakti), while the official domain continues as yubasathi.wb.gov.in. Citizens and applicants frequently search for both Yuva Shakti and Yuva Sathi interchangeably.

Official online application intake closed on 26 February 2026 at 12:00 Midnight. Citizens should be cautious of unofficial third-party websites claiming to accept new forms.
